There is a limit of 8 people making it an exclusive small-group learning experience.

All levels are catered for from beginner to advanced, the swimming routes are adapted to suit each person's experience and fitness level as well as to accommodate for any injuries or ailments. 

Confidence swimming 1 KM unassisted is required.

A full refund is available one month prior to the retreat date. 50% refund is available within 14 days, after which 0% refund for bookings however if you cannot attend your place can be transferred to another person with no charge.

Breakfast, tea / coffee and snacks are all provided. Lunch and evening meals can be enjoyed in one of the many restaurants near by, or self-catering is available for those that have dietary constraints or travelling on a budget. 

Flights and transport are not included.

You are required to hire a car to drive to the swimming sites. It is advisable to hire a car via an agency like DoYouSpain.com  which offers you competitive rates
